Role Description The GTM Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technical systems that support clients’ GTM and demand generation strategies. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining prospecting tools (such as Clay and related integrations), setting up and monitoring outbound campaign workflows, and building data pipelines between CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms. The GTM Engineer will translate strategic requirements into scalable, repeatable playbooks, automate lead generation and enrichment processes, and analyze performance data to improve campaign effectiveness. This role collaborates closely with strategists, marketers, and sales teams to ensure GTM systems are reliable, measurable, and aligned with client growth goals.
