Job Description:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy, annual plans, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with Group objectives.
- Take overall responsibility for P&L, revenue, profitability, cost control, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Lead Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Quality, and Marketing to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market position.
- Lead the management team, ensure compliance and HSE standards, develop organizational capabilities, and provide accurate performance reporting to Group Management
Qualifications:
- 45 years and below; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the paints, coatings, or chemicals industry.
- At least 5 years in a senior management/General Manager role, with experience managing manufacturing and commercial operations.
- Strong expertise in P&L, sales, operations, supply chain, financial management, and leading cross-functional teams.
