About The RoleWe are looking for a remote Full Stack Developer to join the team building our internal ERP platform.
You will design and implement secure, well-structured backend services and build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces. You will work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable features.
Responsibilities
Requirements* 1-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript * Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS * Solid understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, security, and performance * Proficiency in React and frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility * Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, schema design, writing efficient queries, and query optimization * Familiarity with authentication concepts (JWT, session management) and RBAC * Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets / Socket.io) * Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Proficiency with Git and version control workflows * Basic testing skills (unit and/or integration testing) * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis * Good communication skills and a collaborative, product-minded approach
