Opportunity Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, internationally operating distribution company known for seamless supply chain solutions and accurate, timely fulfilment across B2B and D2C markets. This role sits at the centre of their ERP operations, owning the systems that connect order management, inventory, and fulfilment. You will drive system accuracy, integration reliability, and the ongoing evolution of their Fulfil.io environment.
Role Description
As Fulfil.io ERP Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day administration and health of the Fulfil.io platform that underpins order, inventory, and fulfilment operations. You will monitor EDI and API integrations, reconcile data across connected systems, and keep master records clean and accurate. Working closely with operations, you will trace discrepancies to their root cause and escalate systemic issues clearly. You will also document processes and drive continuous improvement across the ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Administration - Maintain and configure Fulfil.io workflows, order rules, and user access.
- Integration Monitoring - Monitor EDI transactions and API integrations, resolving failures and data mismatches.
- Data Accuracy - Reconcile order, inventory, and shipment data across Fulfil.io and connected systems.
- Master Data Management - Keep product, customer, and trading partner records clean and accurate.
- Reporting and Escalation - Pull operational reports and escalate systemic issues with clear diagnostics.
- Process Improvement - Document ERP SOPs and drive continuous improvement of system configuration.
Minimum Qualifications
- English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
- Fulfil.io Experience - Hands-on experience administering or working daily within the Fulfil.io platform specifically.
- ERP/OMS Background - 2-4 years administering or coordinating an ERP, OMS, or similar operational system.
- Data and Spreadsheets - Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with structured data and configuration screens.
- Attention to Detail - Ability to trace a discrepancy to its root cause across multiple systems.
- Operational Knowledge - Working knowledge of order management, inventory, and EDI or integration concepts.
Bonus Qualifications
- E-commerce Workflows - Familiarity with D2C, B2B, or multi-channel e-commerce order workflows.
- Automation - Ability to build or improve automated ERP workflows to reduce manual reconciliation.
- Other Platforms - Exposure to other ERP or OMS platforms such as NetSuite or Cin7.
