Role Description The French Tour Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and operating tour programs for French-speaking clients, ensuring smooth and enjoyable travel experiences from arrival to departure. Day-to-day tasks include creating customized itineraries, managing reservations and bookings, liaising with hotels and transportation providers, and coordinating with French-speaking tour guides. The French Tour Operator will handle client inquiries, provide pre- and post-trip support, and address any issues that arise during trips with a focus on safety, comfort, and service quality. The role also involves promoting Fayed Travel’s offerings to French-speaking markets, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation and itineraries in line with company standards.
