Role Description The FinTech Course Trainer / Instructor is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in financial technology and related business topics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, developing curricula and lesson plans, and delivering virtual lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to learners of varying experience levels. The instructor will simplify complex FinTech concepts, integrate real-world case studies, and ensure that course content remains up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments. Additional responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, supporting participants via online channels, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve training offerings. The role also involves maintaining professional standards in online instruction and contributing to the broader learning strategy of Manageperts.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex FinTech and business concepts clearly in spoken and written form.
* Proven teaching or training experience, including curriculum development, instructional design, and learner assessment.
* Knowledge of financial technology, digital payments, financial markets, or related business and consulting domains.
* Experience facilitating remote or online learning environments using virtual classroom tools and learning management systems.
* Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in FinTech or training are an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to incorporate case studies and practical examples into course content.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple courses or cohorts, and meet deadlines consistently.
* Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement of training programs and learner experience.
