Role Description The English Second Language Teacher will deliver live, online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels in a part-time, remote capacity. Daily responsibilities include conducting engaging lessons, and adapting instruction to meet individual learner goals.
The teacher will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, participating in team meetings and training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum.
Qualifications
* Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
* Ability to design and organize effective lessons using Lesson Planning and general Teaching skills.
* Advanced command of spoken and written English, with clear, neutral pronunciation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
* TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is highly beneficial.
* Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and remote classroom management.
* Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to motivate and support diverse learners.
