- Conduct four CBO visits in October, five in November, and six in December according to the agreed visit plan. Check session readiness, attendance, availability and use of approved materials, and implementation of ECD activities.
- Observe four complete ECD sessions each month using the approved observation checklist. Assess facilitation, child or caregiver participation, inclusion, room readiness, use of Ahlan Simsim and other approved ECD materials, and safe interactions. These observations count toward the monthly CBO visit targets.

- Coordinate with the ECD Coordinator on monthly visit plans, CBO locations, schedules, and priorities; liaise with CBO focal points; join ECD review discussions when requested; and agree itinerary changes in advance while documenting cancellations and rescheduling.
- Submit a dated log for each visit, a completed checklist and feedback note for each observation, and an action tracker with recommendations, owners, due dates, and status. Submit a baseline report in October, progress report in November, and final CBO-by-CBO report and handover in December. Organize supporting evidence in the designated shared location.
