Position Responsibilities
- * Support customer onboarding and help customers adopt and effectively use our CX software solutions.
- Deliver customer training and provide guidance on system features and functionality.
- Understand customer business needs, contact center workflows, and operational challenges.
- Assist customers in configuring system features, quality forms, reports, dashboards, topics, and contact reasons.
- Help customers understand operational KPIs and use reporting and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) activities during the presales process.
- Work closely with the technical team to coordinate customer requirements and support solution delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and help ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
- Develop knowledge of CX technologies, including Speech Analytics, AI-powered Analytics, and Virtual Agents.
Required Competencies
- * 2–4 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in Quality Assurance (QA), Back Office Operations, Customer Service Operations, or Reporting and Analytics.
- Good understanding of contact center workflows, customer service processes, and operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Comfortable learning software applications and delivering training to customers.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Nice to Have
- * Experience in Contact Center Quality Assurance, quality monitoring, or performance reporting.
- Experience in Back Office Operations, contact center operations, or operational reporting.
- Familiarity with Call Recording, Quality Management, Speech Analytics, or contact center reporting tools.
- Exposure to software implementation, customer consultancy, or POC activities.
- Interest in AI-powered customer experience solutions and Virtual Agents.
Experience with specific CX software products is not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidates.What We Offer
