- Maintain a centralized compliance calendar covering all licensing, registration, and regulatory filing deadlines; ensure nothing lapses.
- Prepare, file, and track regulatory submissions with state agencies and boards; manage correspondence and follow-up with regulators.
- Support the company's data protection and healthcare compliance programs (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST), maintaining documentation, evidence, and audit readiness in coordination with security and privacy stakeholders.

- Support contract management processes across the organization in collaboration with Revops, Finance, and business teams.
- Support corporate governance activities, including preparing board and stockholder consents, resolutions, and related documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings, including scheduling, notices, and quorum tracking.
- Manage entity formation, qualification, dissolution, and conversion filings across domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Maintain good standing across all entities; monitor and manage registered agent services
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
