Position: Civil Rollout & CWE Project Manager
Job Purpose: Lead, direct, and oversee all civil rollout, works, and environment (CWE) operations, ensuring that site acquisition, construction, and deployment adhere to high-quality standards, strict budgets, and tight schedules under the Etisalat e& project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end civil rollout and CWE operations for telecom sites from initiation to handover.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to accelerate site readiness and construction progress.
Ensure seamless integration of civil works, power solutions, and environmental compliance on all sites.
Monitor on-site construction progress, quality control, and health & safety (HSE) compliance.
Resolve civil bottlenecks, municipal/government permits, and site-access issues proactively.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders (Etisalat e&) and track financial performance and project KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in telecom civil rollout, CWE, and site construction management.
In-depth knowledge of Etisalat or regional operator standards, specifications, and processes.
Excellent command of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a strong plus).
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
