Role Description The Civil and Concrete Repair professional will perform day‑to‑day on‑site work related to structural repairs, concrete restoration, and general civil works on residential, commercial, and compound properties in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include assessing damage to concrete structures, preparing work areas, installing formwork, carrying out concrete pouring and finishing, and performing repairs on slabs, columns, beams, and foundations. The role also involves coordinating with site supervisors, operating or supervising heavy equipment use where required, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of work completed. The professional will collaborate with other trades to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services in line with company standards. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess skills in Formwork and Carpentry for constructing, installing, and dismantling molds and frameworks for concrete repair.
- Candidates should possess skills in Flatwork and Ready Mix Concrete for concrete pouring, finishing, and surface repair of floors, pavements, and slabs.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with Heavy Equipment for safe operation or supervision of machinery used in civil and concrete repair activities.
- Relevant experience in civil construction, concrete repair, or building maintenance, preferably within residential or commercial compounds.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in construction and repair work.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, repair instructions, and work orders.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in diverse site environments.
- Vocational training or certification in civil construction, masonry, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.
