Salary: USD 400 per month
Job OverviewMariana Hotel is looking for a friendly, responsible, and professional Night Shift Bell Attendant to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will provide excellent guest service during the night shift and assist guests with their luggage and other hotel-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
- * Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements when required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance and lobby area.
- Handle guest luggage carefully and securely.
- Support the Front Office and other hotel departments when required.
- Monitor the lobby and entrance area during the night shift and report any issues to the responsible manager.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior throughout the shift.
Requirements
- * Previous hotel or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Ability to work 6 days per week.
- Basic English is preferred; Kurdish and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Physically able to handle and move guest luggage.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
