Who We're Looking For
TCCA is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who thinks in strategy before they think in tasks. You'll work directly with the senior marketing team to develop, execute and optimise marketing campaigns for our clients — and occasionally for TCCA itself.
This role is for someone who understands brands, knows how to build a marketing plan that actually works, and can take ownership of campaigns from brief to results. Client coordination is part of the job.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of marketing strategies and campaign plans across multiple client accounts
- Build and manage content calendars, campaign timelines and channel plans
- Brief internal creative and social teams with clarity and direction
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and present actionable insights to clients and the senior team
- Identify marketing opportunities for clients — new channels, trends, moments worth activating
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Assist in pitches, proposals and client presentations
- Manage client communication professionally, but always with a marketing lens — not just a servicing one
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency
- A solid understanding of digital marketing — social, paid media, email, content and SEO basics
- Strong analytical thinking — you know how to read performance data and draw conclusions
- Excellent written communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience writing briefs, marketing plans or campaign reports
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- A proactive mindset — you bring ideas to the table, not just updates
Who Thrives Here
- You think like a marketer, not a coordinator. You're curious about what makes campaigns work, you follow industry trends because you actually care, and you're never satisfied with "we posted three times this week" as a measure of success. You want to build things that move the needle — and you know the difference between activity and impact.
