Role Summary Position: AI Trainer (Part-Time) * Contract Duration: 4 Months * Location: On-Site (Amman, Jordan) * Target Group: Unemployed University Graduates * Core Requirement: The candidate MUST possess a complete, ready-to-deliver AI Training Package (الحقيبة التدريبية)*.
LingoArt Center is seeking an experienced Part-Time AI Trainer for a 4-month project-based contract in Amman. The selected trainer will deliver an intensive, practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) program for university graduates using their own validated, fully developed training material and curriculum package. The role focuses on practical AI applications, Generative AI tools, Prompt Engineering, workplace productivity, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities1. Training Package Provision & Curriculum Execution Provide and deliver a fully developed, structured AI Training Package (الحقيبة التدريبية)* including trainer guides, trainee workbooks, presentations, practical exercises, and assessment tools. * Ensure the training package covers core competencies: Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI, etc.), Advanced Prompt Engineering, AI Productivity, and Ethical Use of AI. * Align the training material with market needs and TVSDC (هيئة تنمية وتطوير المهارات المهنية والتقنية) practical standards.
Hands-On Workshop Delivery Conduct highly interactive, practical training sessions based on the provided training package (at least 70% practical application). * Guide trainees through real-world exercises, workflow automation, and AI-assisted task execution across various academic majors. * Supervise trainees in building practical AI-driven Capstone Projects* using the tools taught during the course.
Assessment & Quality Assurance
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. * Training Package Requirement (شرط أساسي): Must own/provide a comprehensive, ready-to-use AI Training Package (حقيبة تدريبية شاطرة ومكتملة) containing curriculum, slides, practical labs, and evaluation tools tailored for university graduates. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI applications and prompt engineering, with a proven track record of conducting technical training for youth/graduates. * Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering methodologies, content generation tools, and AI productivity automation. * Certifications: TOT (Training of Trainers) certification or TVSDC accreditation is highly preferred. * Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical backgrounds. * Location & Commitment: Ability to commit to a 4-month part-time contract on-site* in Amman, Jordan.
