The Opportunity — Spain Is a Priority Market
Spain is one of Octopus Prime's strategic priority markets.
We are expanding our presence and strengthening relationships with Spanish investors, entrepreneurs and property buyers interested in Dubai.
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking professional who understands Spain, its culture, business environment and client expectations.
A key advantage of this opportunity is the chance to work directly with one of the company's owners, who is Spanish and personally oversees the development of this market.
You will benefit from direct mentorship, professional training and ongoing guidance, while participating in the development of an important international direction for our business.
We welcome both experienced real estate professionals and motivated candidates from other industries.
Previous real estate experience is not required. We are ready to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with potential investors and property buyers based in Spain.
- Identify client needs, financial objectives and investment priorities.
- Present Dubai real estate opportunities using objective research, market data and comparative analysis.
- Support clients throughout the property acquisition process, working alongside our experienced team and appropriately licensed professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with developers, business partners and other professionals within the Octopus Prime network.
- Introduce clients to our broader relocation, residency and business support services when relevant.
- Contribute to the growth of Octopus Prime's presence in the Spanish market.
Requirements
Essential:
- Fluent Spanish (native or near-native proficiency).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- First-hand experience of living in Spain and a strong understanding of the Spanish market, culture and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- A responsible, proactive and client-oriented approach.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role without a fixed salary.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in real estate, banking, finance, consulting, sales or business development.
- Existing professional networks in Spain.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Compensation & Career Development
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.
Commission terms are agreed individually, based on the candidate's professional experience, level of autonomy and training or operational support required.
Candidates new to real estate will receive structured guidance and training. Experienced professionals may work with greater independence under an appropriate commission arrangement.
Any brokerage activities will be undertaken in accordance with applicable UAE licensing and employment requirements.
