Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate valuation experience.
Strong knowledge of DLD and RERA regulations.
MRICS qualification (Mandatory).
Knowledge of the Dubai Valuation Book and valuation standards.
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
