As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, manage business operations, and expand our presence across the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Represent Mercetech at business meetings, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and performance reviews.
International Business Expansion
Identify and develop international distributors, channel partners, and strategic business alliances.
Strengthen Mercetech's international market presence and partnership network.
Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience* in Sales, Business Development, Operations Management, or a similar managerial role.
Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile European and Russian professionals are highly preferred*, particularly those with international business development experience and established B2B networks.

Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary:* AED 10,000 – 15,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
