Hiring: Property Operations & Lead Generation Specialist

Marra Investment is looking for a proactive and organized Property Operations & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Cairo.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and manage on-ground property visits to ensure our listings are ready for rent and any property issues are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and manage messages across social media platforms.
Generate, qualify, and follow up with potential leads.
Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular reports.
Visit properties to take photos and videos for rental listings.
Inspect properties and identify missing items, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
Coordinate with maintenance workers and follow up on repairs.
Report property updates, expenses, and issues to management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in customer service, lead generation, property management, or a related field is preferred.
Comfortable with on-site property visits across Cairo.
Basic photography and smartphone video skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tasks independently.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
