Job SummaryWe are looking for a KPI Specialist with practical experience in customs clearance and international shipping, strong knowledge of customs tariffs and clearance procedures, and the ability to monitor operational performance, analyze data, and develop KPIs to improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Mandatory practical experience in customs clearance and international shipping. * Strong knowledge of customs tariffs, customs duties, HS Codes, and customs procedures.* * Good understanding of import and export requirements, customs documentation, and clearance processes in Saudi Arabia. * Previous experience in a customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics company. * Experience in KPI development, operational performance analysis, and reporting. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
