Direct Sales Representative – Insurance | Cairo, Egypt
We are hiring on behalf of a leading multinational insurance company, looking for confident, driven sales talent to join their team in Cairo.
About the Role
You will promote life, medical, and property insurance solutions to B2B and B2C clients across Egypt. You will start with a fresh portfolio and grow it through your own network, lead generation, and relationship building. This is a target-driven role with no fixed check-in or check-out.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
• Present tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships and referrals
What We're Looking For
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, professional presence
• Resilience and drive to achieve targets
• Fresh graduates with student activities, freelance, or customer-facing experience are welcome
