- Octopus Prime Global FZE — a business and family coordination office providing integrated support services, including relocation, residency and visa assistance, business setup, administrative coordination and other solutions for international clients.
Together, we offer a one-stop-shop approach, supporting our clients not only in purchasing property but also in the broader process of establishing their lives, businesses and investments in the UAE.

The Opportunity
We are expanding our international presence and looking for a French-speaking Real Estate Consultant to help develop our business with clients from France.
We are open to both experienced real estate professionals and motivated candidates from other professional backgrounds.
Previous experience in real estate is not mandatory. What matters most is your understanding of France, its market and its people, your communication skills, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
We will provide the training, professional guidance, infrastructure and tools necessary to develop your career in Dubai real estate.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with French-speaking clients, particularly investors and buyers based in France.
- Understand clients' objectives, financial expectations and investment priorities.
- Present Dubai real estate opportunities using research, market data and objective analysis.
- Guide clients throughout the property acquisition process with support from our experienced team.
- Coordinate with developers, partners and other professionals within the Octopus Prime network.
- Introduce clients to our wider relocation, residency and business support services when relevant.
- Contribute to the development of Octopus Prime's presence in the French market.

Essential requirements:
- Fluent French, with excellent professional communication skills.
- First-hand experience of living in France and a strong understanding of the French market, culture and client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- An analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- A responsible, independent and client-oriented approach.
Additional advantages:
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, banking, financial services, consulting or client relationship management.
- Existing professional relationships or networks in France.
- Experience working with international clients.

Compensation & Career Development
This is a commission-based opportunity, without a fixed salary.
Commission arrangements are discussed individually and depend on professional experience, the level of support required and the consultant's ability to operate independently.
