About the Role:
Responsible for supporting workforce planning and manpower analysis across the organization. The role analyzes staffing requirements, headcount, vacancies, workforce utilization, and future manpower needs to ensure workforce plans are aligned with operational requirements, budgets, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain annual manpower plans based on approved staffing requirements, budgets, and operational needs
- Analyze headcount, vacancies, workforce utilization, turnover, and staffing gaps across departments and locations
- Monitor actual staffing against approved manpower frameworks and identify overstaffing, understaffing, and workforce optimization opportunities
- Prepare manpower dashboards, reports, forecasts, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related HR function
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting
- CIPD or another relevant HR qualification is preferred
