Land Sterling is seeking an accomplished Director – Client Development Office to lead our commercial growth strategy, brokerage operations, and client development initiatives across the Kingdom. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in real estate, consultancy, and business development.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✔ Minimum 10 years' experience in consultancy, real estate, brokerage, or business development.
✔ Proven success in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and revenue growth.
✔ Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English.
