Reports to: Restaurant / Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth service
- Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and pre-shift briefings
- Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in a restaurant floor/supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Bilingual Arabic/English preferred
- Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma; hospitality diploma is a plus
