Supports contract negotiations, reviews amendments and change requests, monitors contractor performance, mitigates contractual risks, maintains contract records, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver effective commercial and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, commercial management, or a related discipline
- Experience working with large-scale projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public-sector organizations is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are an advantage
