Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Saudi Arabia. The Car Driver is responsible for safely operating assigned vehicles to transport passengers or goods, following all traffic laws and company policies. Daily tasks include planning routes, ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained, performing basic inspections before use, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. The role involves providing courteous service to passengers, assisting with loading and unloading as needed, and maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. The driver is expected to adhere to schedules, respond to changing route requirements, and coordinate with supervisors or dispatch for updates.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with supervisors, and interact clearly with passengers.
* Candidates should possess Customer Service and Service Quality skills to deliver professional, courteous, and reliable transport services.
* Candidates should possess Automotive knowledge and Training related to vehicle operation, basic maintenance checks, and safe driving practices.
* Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type and compliant with Saudi Arabia regulations.
* Proven driving experience with a clean driving record and familiarity with local or regional road rules.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills to maintain logs and handle route information; conversational proficiency in English or Arabic is an advantage.
