Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Secretary with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a PMP certification. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring effective coordination of daily activities, projects, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and official documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects, tasks, and management directives to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive documents.
- Coordinate communication between management, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support project coordination and monitor deadlines, priorities, and action items.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive secretarial, administrative, or executive support roles.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- FMCG industry experience is required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
