Role Description The Sr. Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing cost and commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring accurate cost forecasts and financial reports. Daily tasks include evaluating contractor and supplier claims, supporting tender preparation and evaluation, and providing cost advice to project management and engineering teams. The Sr. Quantity Surveyor will coordinate with site teams to validate quantities, manage variations, and support value engineering initiatives while maintaining compliance with contractual and company standards.
