We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Oman.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

What Will You Do?

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct regular field and customer visits across the Oman.
Identify new business opportunities and drive spare parts sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in spare parts, heavy equipment, machinery, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in field sales and managing customer relationships.
A valid Oman Driving License – mandatory.
Own vehicle – mandatory.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
