Specialists is expanding to Salalah!
As we prepare to open our Salalah branch in mid-2027, we are looking for an experienced bearings professional to take responsibility for branch operations, stock management, sales and counter sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the bearing business, enjoys working with industrial customers and is ready to help establish and grow a new branch.
üìÖ Recruitment & Joining
Recruitment will take place in 2027.
Joining date: 1 April 2027, to support branch preparation ahead of the planned mid-2027 opening.
üîß Your Responsibilities
• Manage stocks and branch operations: Maintain accurate inventory, coordinate incoming deliveries and customer dispatches, and identify stock replenishment requirements.
• Develop sales: Build relationships with industrial customers, prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and orders, and develop repeat business.
• Handle counter sales and collections: Support walk-in customers, process sales accurately and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
‚úÖ Mandatory Requirements
Previous experience in the bearings industry, Arabic-speaking ability and previous work experience in the Gulf are all mandatory.
You should be comfortable handling bearing inquiries, managing stock and taking ownership of both sales development and day-to-day branch activities.
üíº Salary & Commission
OMR 800 per month + 2% sales commission.
Commission is payable only after the corresponding payment has been collected from the customer—not simply when an invoice is issued.
