How You Will Make An Impact
- * Drive service sales and business development across key markets such as Utilities, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, EPCs, and Industrial sectors.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers and aligning solutions with long-term goals.
- Analyze installed base to identify growth opportunities, support lifecycle extension, and promote upgrades, digitalization, and circular economy initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including revenue targets, growth priorities, and executive engagement.
- Present a comprehensive service portfolio covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofit, and digital services.
- Monitor market trends and represent the organization in customer engagements and industry forums.
- Achieve sales targets, support pricing strategy decisions, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using internal tools.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in service sales, with strong customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
- Experience within the energy sector.
- Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emirati nationals preferred.
- Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.
- Oman/GCC driving license preferred.
