Job description:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Assisting Chief Mechanic / Mechanic to run the rig mechanical preventive maintenance on a regular basis. 
- Assist Chief Mechanic/Mechanic with Rig and Camp mechanical maintenance requirements.
- Carry out duties assigned by Ch. Mech. / Mechanic.
- Monitor appropriate functioning of rig and camp mechanical equipment while working on rig.
- Carry out duties assigned by Tool Pusher/Night Tool Pusher.
- Stand in for Mechanic during his absence.
- Execute duties as Rig / Camp Fire Team member as instructed by Tool Pusher or Chief Mechanic.
 
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.   
- 0 - 2 years of experience in the field.
