Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Service Engineer – CNC Machines (Mechanical). The person in this role will perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of CNC machines at customer locations, ensuring that mechanical systems and components are correctly set up and functioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, carrying out routine and preventive maintenance, and performing mechanical repairs and adjustments to minimize machine downtime. The Service Engineer will respond to service calls, provide technical support and guidance to operators and maintenance staff, and prepare detailed service reports and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with the internal engineering and sales teams, maintaining safety standards, and supporting customer training on proper machine use and basic maintenance.
