Job Duties
- Develop and review scaffolding design drawings, layouts, and technical calculations in compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations.
- Perform structural analysis and load calculations to ensure scaffolding stability, strength, and safety under various loading conditions.
- Prepare technical submissions, design reports, method statements, and material specifications for project approvals.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and site teams to ensure design feasibility, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review scaffolding designs, identify potential technical risks, and provide engineering solutions to resolve design and site-related challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, review their design outputs, and ensure quality and accuracy of all engineering deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in scaffolding design software and structural analysis tools.
- Solid knowledge of international scaffolding standards, design codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing scaffolding drawings, structural calculations, and technical submissions.
- Strong technical, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
