Role Description The Purchasing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Saudia. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Officer will evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, support contract negotiation, and maintain accurate purchasing records. Daily tasks include analyzing inventory and demand data, coordinating with internal departments to understand requirements, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving any order or delivery discrepancies. The role also involves contributing to cost-saving initiatives, supporting compliance with company policies, and ensuring purchasing processes are consistently followed.
