We are seeking a talented Network Engineer / Project Coordinator who is passionate about technology, field operations, and making a tangible social impact. This role will play a key part in ensuring that our WiFi infrastructure and digital services are deployed, maintained, and scaled efficiently across multiple sites.
Role Overview
The Network Engineer / Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining high-performance network infrastructure across our accommodation communities, while also managing the coordination of multiple ongoing projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering and project management — ensuring smooth deployment, clear communication, and operational excellence across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Network Engineering:
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, WiFi access points, and related cabling infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system failures, identify bottlenecks, and ensure network stability and uptime across all sites.
- Inspect network infrastructure and resolve hardware/software issues as they arise.
- Test and configure routers, switches, access points, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform network performance analysis and implement improvements aligned with operational needs.
- Conduct cable termination (RJ45), patch panel setup, and network testing in the field.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platforms such as Ruckus, UCOPIA, and other emerging WiFi technologies.
Project Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and oversee installation projects across multiple accommodation sites.
- Manage timelines, resources, and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams in planning new site deployments and addressing network-related client concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate logistics and field resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management related to network infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and general network technologies.
- Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent project management, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset; able to adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
- Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, IT Infrastructure Specialist, or similar technical role.
- Experience in project coordination, field implementation, or network rollouts is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Ruckus, UCOPIA, Cisco, or equivalent network systems.
- UAE driving license is required
- Arabic/Hindi is preferred
