p and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.• Lead, m
anage, and develop the leasing team.• Build s
trong relationships with local and international brands.• Identif
y new leasing opportunities and generate qualified leads.• Manage
the full leasing cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.• Lead ne
gotiations on rental rates, commercial terms, and lease agreements.• Develop
and maintain strong tenant and brand relationships.• Monitor
market trends, competitor projects, rental rates, and tenant demand.• Work cl
osely with Property Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams.• Prepare
leasing forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.• Ensure
achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets.
Requirem
ents
‚úÖ 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Retail Leasing.
‚úÖ Proven track record of successful leasing deals.
‚úÖ Strong knowledge of the Egyptian retail and commercial real estate market.
‚úÖ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
‚úÖ Strong leadership and team management experience.
‚úÖ Established network of brands and retailers is highly preferred.
‚úÖ Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking.
‚úÖ Excellent command of English.
‚úÖ **Target-driven with strong business development capabilities.
