Job Responsibilities
* Receive and clarify design briefs from the Marketing team to understand the communication objective, target audience, key message, and required deliverables before starting creative development.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on approved briefs to communicate campaign and marketing messages effectively while maintaining the company's visual identity.
Create designs for social media campaigns and ongoing content to support the content calendar, promotional activities, product communication, and customer engagement.
Design creative materials for marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, events, and seasonal activities to provide the required visual support for marketing initiatives.
Apply brand guidelines across all creative materials to maintain consistency in visual identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall look and feel.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to ensure the final creative meets the brief and required quality standards.
Prepare final creative files according to the technical requirements of each channel to ensure materials are ready for publishing and use.
Organize and maintain design files, source files, templates, and approved assets to ensure creative materials are easily accessible and reusable by the Marketing team.
Monitor relevant design and social media creative trends to introduce fresh and appropriate visual ideas while keeping the company's brand identity consistent.
