üéØ JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead and supervise the accounting and finance team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.
üîπ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise the accounting/finance team.
• Own the monthly closing calendar.
• Review GL and subledger reconciliations, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and major journal entries.
• Review revenue recognition and project accounting.
• Control the Chart of Accounts and review related-party balances and Trial Balance.
• Ensure the ERP is closed by the 3rd of each month.
• Prepare and review the Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams.
‚úÖ REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree with an Accounting major — Required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or equivalent supervisory accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience in contracting businesses is highly preferred, particularly power/electrical contracting, infrastructure, and O&M.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Odoo preferred.
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing, financial reporting, project accounting, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Saudi market experience is highly preferred, including familiarity with Saudi accounting and VAT/ZATCA requirements.
