We specialise in complete villa and apartment renovations, interior design and fit-out, custom joinery, kitchen and bathroom renovations, landscaping, swimming pool construction and outdoor living spaces.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with hands-on UAE experience in residential renovation and contracting projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience preparing estimates for a diverse range of construction and renovation works, including interior fit-out, villa renovations, landscaping, swimming pools and external works.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs and competitive quotations while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as an Estimator in the construction, renovation or contracting industry is mandatory.* * Experience preparing estimates for residential renovation, interior fit-out and external construction works. * Knowledge of landscaping, swimming pool construction and associated civil works is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of UAE construction materials, labour rates and supplier pricing. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and BOQs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimating software is an advantage. * Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines. * Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
