Role Description The Charge Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position oversees daily nursing operations on the assigned unit, including coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Charge Nurse assigns and evaluates staff workloads, supports evidence-based practice, and facilitates communication among physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Responsibilities include monitoring patient flow, addressing escalated clinical or operational issues, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting patient and family education, and promoting a culture of compassion, collaboration, and professionalism.
