Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as Landscape BIM Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing BIM strategies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize project outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing BIM standards, overseeing quality control processes, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic BIM Implementation Oversee organization-wide BIM strategies
- Align BIM processes with business objectives
- Drive innovation in BIM technologies and methodologies
- Team Leadership and Management Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals
- Coordinate responsibilities across BIM teams
- Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and workflows
- Support Group lead and Project manager with resourcing (internal and external)
- Standards and Quality Control Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Conduct regular BIM audits and quality control checks on deliverables
- Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Participate in meetings with clients and consultants
- Ensure effective use of BIM technology across all project phases
- Oversee integration and coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
- Implement new BIM tools and best practices within the organization
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction sector, with a focus on BIM implementation/Project Strategy
- Proficiency in BIM software tools, particularly Revit and Autodesk software and CDE collaboration.
- Proficiency in creating and executing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with a thorough understanding of project-specific BIM requirements. Ability to assist the BIM Lead in preparing BIM documentation and conducting quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong background in construction processes
- Proven track record of leading BIM teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Computational Design, or a related field.
- Experience with BIM Middle-East, KSA Projects
