Role Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to active loan accounts. This includes processing payments, updating account information, monitoring delinquencies, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, explaining loan terms and conditions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
