We are seeking a Vice President – Marketing to lead one integrated marketing function that serves all of these businesses, and to turn creativity, digital expertise and commercial focus into measurable results.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1.Group Marketing Strategy: Set and deliver the Group marketing strategy, aligned to each business’s growth objectives.
2.Brand & Creative Direction: Protect the Group brand while sharpening each business’s own positioning across creative, content and social.
3.Digital & Performance Marketing: Own paid media, lead generation, CRM, automation and analytics to improve lead quality, acquisition and conversion.
4.Commercial Growth: Partner with business and sales leaders to convert marketing into qualified pipeline, property sales and ticket revenue.
5.PR & Corporate Communications: Lead media relations, executive and founder positioning, and reputation management.
6.Events & Experiential: Integrate activations, sponsorships and launches into the wider marketing plan.
7.Budget & ROI: Manage the consolidated budget, prioritise investment across businesses, and hold agencies, vendors and campaigns to clear ROI.
8.Team Leadership & Governance: Build and lead specialist teams, run a single brief-to-publish process with entity marketing leads, and remove duplication.
👤 Candidate Profile
✔ 15+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership
✔ Proven record leading integrated marketing functions in the UAE/GCC
✔ Depth in brand strategy, digital and performance marketing, and commercial growth
✔ Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, large budgets and agencies
✔ Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to balance several business priorities
Preferred: Real estate or property development experience. Exposure to events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle is a strong advantage.
