The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across operational and corporate functions, assisting in sourcing, screening, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of recruitment services, maintains a positive candidate experience, and supports the organization's workforce planning requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities for assigned vacancies, including candidate sourcing, screening, testing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Review applications and resumes against job requirements and prepare candidate shortlists for further assessment.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and evaluation activities.
- Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and departmental representatives.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and pre-assessment activities.
- Assist in managing pre-employment requirements, including background verifications, medical examinations, reference checks, and document verification.
- Coordinate employment offer and onboarding processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate induction and training arrangements for newly hired employees with relevant departments.
- Support candidate sourcing activities through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and university partnerships.
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pools for future hiring requirements.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, assessment centers, and employer branding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of recruitment statistics, reports, and hiring updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, training, or practical experience in recruitment or human resources are encouraged to apply.
