Role Description The Solutions Sales Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Amman, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, demonstrating CRPTON’s dental software solutions, and guiding prospective customers through technical and functional capabilities. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, supporting the sales team with solution design, responding to technical inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sale support. The Solutions Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with product, support, and sales teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution design, requirements analysis, and technical demonstrations.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage pipelines, and support clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess robust Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot issues, configure software, and assist clients with implementation and usage.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with SaaS products or healthcare/dental software is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
