Role Description The Corporate Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, promoting MetLife Jordan’s insurance and benefits solutions, and achieving agreed sales targets. This full-time, on-site role in Jordan includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, delivering product presentations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and service delivery, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in line with company policies, and providing regular reporting on pipeline and performance. The Corporate Sales Professional will also monitor market trends and competitors, contribute to sales strategies, and represent MetLife Jordan at meetings, events, and client engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Ability to identify prospects, build pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand corporate client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software for reporting, documentation, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Knowledge of the Jordanian market and corporate landscape is an advantage.
