Job SummaryMEN’S CLUB is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our new branch in Fifth Settlement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Previous experience as a Store Manager*, preferably in men's fashion or retail. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Strong sales and target-achievement orientation. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Good knowledge of retail operations and store KPIs. * Presentable appearance and professional attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. * Living in or near Fifth Settlement or surrounding areas is an added advantage.
