Your Role
✅ Convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media) into paying clients
✅ Follow up and close warm and cold leads
✅ Advise clients on the right visa type, requirements, and documents
✅ Upsell add-on services
✅ Manage your pipeline on the CRM and exceed monthly targets
✅ Coordinate with the operations team for smooth file handover
Requirements
🔹 4+ years of telesales experience, including 2–3 years selling visa or travel services
🔹 Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must
🔹 Proven record of exceeding sales targets
🔹 Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada & Gulf visas
🔹 Confident closer with excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
🔹 Proactive, target-driven, and organized
